Madison Hotels

Prices are per person, per day, full board for a minimum stay of 2 days.
Full Board DOES NOT include water or  beverages.
All Inclusive includes : water , DOC wine and soft drinks with the main meals, and 1 beach umbrella + 2 lounges per room at our bathing establishments, use of beach towel (no extra bar).

PRICES INCLUDE : safety deposit box at the reception, gym, changing cabin on the beach, pool equipment, bath towel (provided) , use of bicycles. The food that is not consumed for excursions or other reasons will not be deducted from the price, but if requested it can be replaced by a picnic basket for the road. Pets are not allowed in the dining room , by the pool and in the common areas . Heated swimming pool (24°C) from 5/12/2012 to 6/10/2012 and from 9/10/2012 to 9/22/2012 ; whirlpool (30°C). Free parking area underground and outdoors according to availability. Guarded Regina Parking area disting 1450 mt from Hotel, with free shuttle service .

- The room is available from 12:30 the day of arrival and must be left by 10:30am the day of departure.
- Air conditioning  will function according to the atmospheric conditions and our discretion.

Offers valid Only for who books the Hotel directly or through our portals.

- For a minimum stay of 10 days the hotel will refund the motorway toll upon presentation of the receipt €50,00.

- Upon request Free transfer from and to the airport in Rimini (min.7 day stay)

- Other airports upon request  with payment -50% ( Forlì, Bologna, Ancona) ( min.14 days)

Family rooms with cooking corner
Attention: For those that stay in a Junior Suite with cooking corner and want to use the daily cleaning service or half board or full board treatment there is a € 16,00 supplement per day per person for a 39 sq.m apartment and a € 12,00 supplement per day per person for a 29 sq.m apartment; robe is included.

The two room apartments ( 2 or 4 people) 29 sq. metres plus a 17 sq. metre balcony. Bedroom + door that separates the sleeping area from the daytime area + a cooking corner with a sofa bed with a bunk bed + bathroom + all the characteristics of the hotel.
Two room apartments ( 4 or 5 people) 39 sq metres plus a 12 sq metre balcony. Spacious bedroom with door + hall + bathroom, day area : spacious living room with queen size sofa bed and a cooking corner + all the characteristics of the hotel

 Upon request there is take-away c/o the hotel's snack bar for lunch.
The rates include : linens and a weekly change ( bed linens and towels changed twice a week), gas, electricity, running water and tax. The guest is responsable for damages or breakdowns in the apartment that are not communicated to the management at their arrival.
Possibility to arrive and depart on Saturday and  Sunday , with a minimum stay of one week. At the moment of the booking a deposit is requested, the balance will be paid at the end of the vacation. The Residence's guests  can use all the free services or those with fee at the Madison Hotel.

Reductions :
If the apartment is rented for 3 weeks there is a € 30,00 discount per week.
