Located next to the Hotel, the Madison Residence is situated in the quietest and most characteristic panoramic area of Cattolica, just 50 metres from the sea and a few minutes from downtown, that can be reached on foot with a beautiful stroll along the seafront.
It's the ideal place to spend our vacation in Riviera. Two room apartments. The same attentions and services reserved to Hotel guests.
The residence : Next to the hotel, it is the ideal place to spend a vacation without a schedule. Possibiliy to have lunch and /or dinner at the Hotel's restaurant.
Attention : for those that wish to stay in an apartment but utilize the daily cleaning service and the half board or full board treatment at the hotel the price list to keep in consideration is the Hotel's + € 16,00 per day per person per 39 sq. metre apartment, and + € 12,00 per day per person for a 29 sq. metre apartment ; robe and favourite newspaper are included.
